- This six-week weight loss program is a supportive group challenge to help members learn how to set personal health goals and develop healthy lifestyles.
- Participants meet virtually via Zoom for 20 minutes each week (Fridays) to discuss nutrition and physical activity, share strategies and support each other’s goals.
- Participants will learn to plan healthy meals, understand food labels better and create goals for weight loss, nutrition and physical activity.
