Members can call 800-654-9728 to request transportation. Except for same-day urgent care visits, please request transportation at least 48 business hours before your scheduled appointment to assure coverage for the service. We understand that emergent issues arise and will work actively to fulfill those requests.
Note: Transportation is reviewed on a case-by-case basis and may be subject to Manager or Special Needs approval.
