Summer Weight Loss Challenge

Are you looking to live a healthier lifestyle? Join our Summer Weight Loss Challenge: a 6-week group challenge that offers resources, strategies and support to make and sustain your weight loss goals. This group challenge will focus on nutrition, physical activity, and sustaining healthy habits, with opportunities for sharing and discussion at each session.

Each session is approximately 30 minutes and will meet on Fridays.

Challenge dates:

  • May 24 (Orientation)
  • May 31
  • June 7
  • June 14
  • June 21
  • June 28

Consider registering with a partner! You can work toward your goals together, keeping each other accountable and encouraging each other along the way.

Please note: If your partner has insurance through Johns Hopkins, they can register separately. If your partner DOES NOT HAVE insurance through Johns Hopkins, please fill out the respective fields in the registration form for your partner (i.e., first name, last name, email, phone number).
