Summer Weight Loss Challenge

Are you looking to live a healthier lifestyle? Join our Summer Weight Loss Challenge: a 6-week group challenge that offers resources, strategies and support to make and sustain your weight loss goals. This group challenge will focus on nutrition and physical activity, with opportunities for sharing and discussion at each session.

Each session is approximately 30 minutes and will meet on Fridays.
