What else can I do to help my child breathe easier?

Avoid things that worsen your child’s asthma. Things that can make asthma worse are called triggers. Triggers can be dust, mold, animal fur and saliva, pollens and grasses, smoke, or perfumes. Your child should not avoid exercise. Exercise is important for your child’s health.
