When do I call Priority Partners Customer Service?
Call Priority Partners any time you have a question or need help with your health care. To add a newborn or verify eligibility, you must call. Members can also use HealthLINK@Hopkins to get a member ID card, request a change to their primary care doctor (PCP), or update their address.
